Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Vieroots, we stand behind the quality of the GutReset 30 program. If after your consultation you feel the program is not the right fit for you, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund: Applicable if requested after your consultation call, provided you feel the program is not suited to your needs
  • No refund: Once the program has been activated and products have been dispatched, refunds are not applicable
  • No-show cancellations: If you do not attend your consultation without rescheduling, the program will be held pending. Please contact us to reschedule within 7 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of your consultation at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 79077 65165 with your name and payment reference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Before Consultation

If you wish to cancel before your consultation, contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, a processing fee of ₹200 may apply.

5. UPI / Bank Transfer Refunds

Refunds to UPI or bank accounts may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank. Razorpay payment failures where money was debited will be auto-refunded by NPCI within 2–3 business days.
